Refund Policy

At MaFra Canada (Soluvap inc.), we are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

All return must be previously approuved by MaFra Canada (Soluvap inc.). To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, including all packaging and tags.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@soluvap.com. Once we have received and processed your return request, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned product. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.
