All return must be previously approuved by MaFra Canada (Soluvap inc.). To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, including all packaging and tags.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned product. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
